How can I become an affiliate partner?

To become an affiliate partner, you must be an official representative of a company related to the trucking industry and have a vested interest in the success of carriers. How do I refer?

As an Affiliate Partner of Bobtail, you will gain access to a referral portal where you can can refer new new customers by sharing your unique referral link or signing up carriers directly. From the menu, you can copy your unique URL to share via social media, email, or text. Your referred contacts must use your unique link to sign up for Bobtail's factoring service in order for the referral to count toward your rewards. 

How do I earn the reward?

Once your referral has signed up for Bobtail's factoring service and has factored at least $20,000 with Bobtail, we will approve the referral. We process rewards and transfer your cash rewards to the financial institution of your choice during the first week of each month for the previous month's approved rewards.

How many times can I refer?

There is no limit on how many approved referrals you can earn in the program. You can share and send your unique referral link as many times as you wish. You may only refer each carrier once.

What will NOT be considered a valid referral eligible for a referral reward?

- Referring existing or previous Bobtail clients.

- Referring a carrier who is already in contact with Bobtail.

- Referring a carrier that has already been referred by another Bobtail client.

- Referring yourself or people you have referred previously using a different email address.

- Bobtail reserves the right to refuse any referral payout based on findings of its own investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.

Statute of limitations

If a referral has not been created via a unique referral link, and thus not tracked electronically, the referral may not be counted toward your rewards.

Additional Terms & Conditions

1. The Bobtail Affiliate Program is restricted to pre-approved affiliate partners.

2. To be eligible for a reward, the referring customer must refer a contact who is not an existing or past customer, or currently in negotiations about becoming a customer.

3. A referral will be deemed "approved" when a referred contact factors at least $20,000 with Bobtail. Please allow 30 days for the referral to update in the system once the referral's factoring volume has been met.

4. All payment of rewards will be made during the first week of each month. 

5. Each carrier can only be referred once.

6. This offer is not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals.

7. We reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific partner at any time for any reason.

8. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the affiliate program will be resolved by Bobtail in its sole discretion.

9. By participating in Bobtail's affiliate program, you are opting in to receive communication from the Bobtail team and are subject to Bobtail's Privacy Policy. 

10. The Bobtail affiliate program is not to be combined with any other offer.

11. By participating in the Affiliate Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program. We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. When we revise these Affiliate Terms, we will post the revised version on the Website. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Terms, but accepting these Terms, as revised, is required for you to continue participating in the Affiliate Program. If you do not agree to these Terms or any revised version of these Terms, your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program.
